I was cleaning out some papers, drawings and notes from my desk. I came across a hack for meditating, dealing with anxiety or general intrusive thoughts.
I won’t get into more details on that part. I have not been capable of sitting still, closing my eyes and meditate.
I find doing things meditative or calming. I often drawn or write to help my mind jumping around too much. It works!
Anyways, these are drawings from last year. Most of them inspired by a phase of watching and consuming a lot of Studio Ghibli folklore.
