Yesterday, I found that a friend was moving abroad for studies. We went to school together and over the decades became good friends. Good enough to be counted amongst the select few I invited to my wedding 3 years ago.
Another friend of mine is also in the process of moving abroad with family. Chances are he will do so before the year ends.
While I have not really discussed why they are moving but I can guess very well from our chats over the years.
They are not moving abroad for a better life, but towards a better place filled with more hope. I will leave it at that.
